The 13th Kashima Jingu Dedication and Japan Traditional Martial Arts Exchange Demonstration
On October 1st and 2nd, 2022, we participated in the annual Japan Traditional Martial Arts Exchange Demonstration held at Kashima Jingu. On the second day, the public demonstration was blessed with fine weather, and 25 traditions, including Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu, solemnly performed dedicatory demonstrations on the stage set up in front of the main hall.
I was very happy to be able to put my heart into the dedicatory performance in front of Takemikazuchi no Okami as the god of Japanese Budo in fine weather, and I was able to see the demonstration of each traditional martial arts up close, which was very rewarding.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Kashima Jingu, Kashima City, and all those involved in the holding of this event.
