Meiji Jingu Dedication Demonstration

On Culture Day on November 3rd, the dedication demonstrations was held by the Japan Kobudo Promotion Society as part of the Meiji Jingu Autumn Festival. (Japan Kobudo Promotion Society website:http://kobushin.jp/news/202111031539/)

The event was held with no audience and reduced size same as the last year, and Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu dedicated the demonstrations along with Shindo Muso-ryu Jojutsu and Shinto Munen-ryu Kenjutsu on behalf of the member traditions. As a Budo person, I was delighted and proud to be able to dedicate the demonstrations with Kondo Masayuki Hombucho and Daito-ryu students under a clear cloudless sky in front of the forest of Meiji Jingu where the main shrine is located.

We would like to once again express our gratitude to the people involved including Meiji Jingu Shrine and the Japan Kobudo Promotion Society.
