2nd Anniversary of the establishment
Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu Setagaya Branch celebrated its second anniversary today.
○ Preservation, exploration, and development of Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu
○ Human development through Budo (Japanese traditional martial arts)
○ Contribution to local communities, society and promotion international exchange
The above was set forth as the dojo management philosophy when the branch was established two years ago.
I can’t say yet that this philosophy has yet been realized, but I think that many students have gathered in the branch that was established from scratch, and that the framework as a dojo has been created considerably. Above all, I am truly grateful that we have been able to practice safely for the past two years without infection or injury even in the pandemic.
However, it has just taken a step forward.
“Practicing a thousand days is said to be discipline, and practicing ten thousand days is said to be refining.”
We will continue to do our best day by day.
